As our products are manufactured on our premises, and sometimes on request, a delay of one or two weeks before shipment is to be considered. "In Stock" therefore means that we have all the components to manufacture the item in a reasonable time, not that it is ready to ship.
Some items may be labeled "Out of Stock" or "Supply In Progress". This means that at least one component is out of stock and no lead time can be guaranteed.
Customs and import charges
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of the product, as detailed in the checkout page. Depending on the geographical location of the delivery address, different delivery costs will be charged. The customs and import charges of the country of destination are however not covered by the purchase. Depending on the policy of the destination country, different fees may be charged and calculated based on the total value of the goods ordered. These costs are not covered by Deepway. Please inform yourself about the customs and import regulations of your destination country before ordering online.
EExchanges and refunds
Exchanges and refunds are possible no later than 30 days after receipt.
Please start each process with an e-mail to email@example.com, recalling the order number and providing a short explanation and if necessary photos. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your account will be credited back to the original payment method within a few days.

Unless otherwise indicated (ex: product arrived defective), the return costs are your responsibility, and the shipping costs are not refundable.
