Production time
Because our products are manufactured in-house, and sometimes on demand, a one- or two-week lead time is expected before shipping. The “In stock” label therefore means that we have all the components to manufacture the item within a reasonable timeframe, not that it is ready to ship.
Some items may be marked “Out of Stock” or “Backordered.” This means that at least one component is out of stock and no lead time can be guaranteed.
Customs and import fees
Shipping costs are not included in the product purchase price, as detailed on the checkout page. Depending on the geographical location of the delivery address, different delivery fees will be charged. However, customs and import fees of the destination country are not covered by the purchase. Depending on the policy of the destination country, different fees may be charged and calculated based on the total value of the ordered goods. These fees are not covered by Deepway. Please inform yourself about the customs and import regulations of your destination country before ordering online.
Eexchanges and refunds
Exchanges and refunds are possible within 30 days of receipt.
Please start each process with an email to contact@deepway.fr, recalling the order number and providing a short explanation and if necessary photos. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your account will be re-credited to the original payment method within a few days.

Unless otherwise stated (e.g., product arrived defective), return shipping costs are your responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Downloadable or security-related products are non-refundable.
